"Property has 2 areas, the one was a quiet adult only spot and it was awesome. Place was very clean, close to everything in the “downtown” area, restaurants, shops etc. We were right on the beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels were clean and available everyday! A coupe of things we didn’t like…. Room has laundry, after first night we had to ask for more detergent every time we went to use it. Second they are stingy with towels. "We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!"
