We liked the smallness of this hotel and the location. Close to many restaurants, the beach was wonderful and just a short walk, and the pool- although small was perfect. We also appreciated that you could swim in the pool early morning or late evening. We would stay here again.

No beach view Breakfast is not included But overall it was a good stay Clean and very close to the beach, they have umbrellas and chairs at the beach exclusively for Gracebay suites and I loved that.

Nice clean room with plenty of space. Very convenient location to main drag, restaurants shops and beach in walking distance. Pool was a bit chilly when we arrived but beach so close we didn’t need to use anyway. Staff was helpful

Clean, basic room. 5 minute walk to the beach and they have umbrellas and chairs which was convenient. Also have bikes you can borrow which we did. Balcony is nice to have and you’re right outside the main street for food. Groceries ten minute walk away

The room was clean, however, the elevator was out of order. I had to lift bags up stairs and back down when checking in and out. I also feel that the property should invest in security on the premises, do that guests feel safe at all timee.

It was not easy to find. It is behind a restaurant and we wouldn’t have found it if we didn’t got for a walk downtown first we tried to access it 2x until we realized there was no actual driveway or entryways accept to go to restaurant parking that was not part of the small resort. It like they put lipstick on a pig. Not impressed at all and check in was terrible. The young girl at front desk was rude and not accommodating at all.

We spent a week at Grace Bay Suites. We are a retired couple and it was a lovely place to sit back and relax by the pool or on our deck. Most of the time it was quiet. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel with music at night but with the AC on we didn’t notice it. The pool and landscaping was very nice and clean, but the cushions on the deck and by the pool could use some refreshing. The staff was friendly. I think there was a miscommunication about cleaning our room when I told one of the cleaning staff we didn’t need the room done that day. They didn’t show up for several days so on the fifth day I asked at the desk if someone would clean. They didn’t show up until the next afternoon when I was resting so I told her never mind. There seemed to be a shortage of small towels and facecloths. Certainly not faulting the cleaning staff. The room was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft. This hotel is in a great location, just five minutes walk to the beach and so many wonderful shops and restaurants with varied cuisine. There is a larger grocery store about a ten minute walk with fresh foods available. We were going to rent a car but canceled it after arriving as everything we needed was nearby. If you are a dog lover you can check out the dog rescue in the shops next to the hotel and sign up to walk a dog. We loved this. The people on the island were so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. While the property could use a bit more upkeep, it served its purpose well. It’s not a luxury stay, but it’s comfortable and practical for sleeping and exploring the area. We also didn’t have any issues with noise from the nearby bar, which is expected given the central location.

Cute clean hotel in T&C, with each room having a balcony/patio overlooking the pool area. Dedicated Grace Bay Suites beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs are literally across th street past the shopping area then down a short path - to paradise. Don’t forget your beach towels at the front desk. It might not be a grand resort right on the beach - but it feels that way since you’re so close and the hotel is clean with nice people running it. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 2-3 block area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and super unhelpful people and it took forever to reach them.

Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent—we received fresh towels every day. The location is very close to the beach, and just a few steps away from restaurants and shops. They provided us with beach towels, and we even had a designated spot on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Very clean pool, quiet and relaxing definitely recommend it

It’s right in heart of all the shops & restaurants all walking distance. We didn’t need a car, 3 minute walk to beach on a cement walkway. The elevator wasn’t working, we were on the 3rd floor, fine for us but fyi if someone has trouble with stairs. Room was clean, pool was a bit small but only 24 rooms in the boutique hotel
