Loved the remoteness and privacy. Walks on the beach were fantastic each day. Exploring the national park and reefs, so close to the property, were an added bonus ~ with turtles! We loved the location of the unit, view from our balcony and easy walk to the beach. The unit was very well stocked so made cooking very easy.

Pretty and quiet! Great communication from Lisa. Thank you for the upgrade to a 3 bedroom! Response was prompt regarding broken toilet seat. Bit of a drive but you know that going in and not a long drive, just need a rental car.

Property was top-notch. Stunning views, had a balcony with an ocean view. Couldnt have asked for a better host. Lisa was helpful in everyway and nade check in and out seemless. Made for a great island getaway.

Beautiful secluded oasis

Great beautiful secluded oasis. We did not like having to travel a dirt road to get their and the ocean is not as beautiful as other parts of the island but we loved that it was not crowded and the grounds are beautiful, so many fliers and greenery.

Very relaxing!

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Northwest Point Resort! It’s out of the way, quiet, and the perfect place to plant yourself on the beach and take in the ocean views. Make sure you rent a car and be prepared for a 15 minute drive down a bumpy dirt road to get there, but once you arrive, it’s worth the trek!

Beautiful views

Beautiful views and property. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lisa was amazing and accommodating. We didn't mind the drive to town as we love to explore anyway. If your looking for a secluded location this is your spot. Meet lots of wonderful people and enjoyed the nightly hot tub convos. We would stay again!

Overall great experience. This property is decently out of the commercial/core/shopping zone(s). You will need to rent a vehicle. Property Manager was very helpful and available. The staff was satisfactory. The restaurant hours and availability were a little disappointing. The beach at tgis particular resort was not very swimmable, but it was kept clean of debris and vagrants.

Location is far from anything. If you want to cook, rent a car and be alone this is the spot. It’s not a resort, no food, no restaurant, no gym. Beach has a lot of algae.

I loved my stay here.This property was private. I could not hear the neighbors and the property was upkept. I received a detailed message with all of the check in details prior to arrival. It is 20 mins from the airport and from Grace Bay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub each night. My suggestion would be a full length mirror in the room or hallway. The only mirror was in the restroom. I would definately stay here again.

Where should I start? This resort was amazing I loved everything about it. It was so beautiful and peaceful it was absolutely perfect! It was nice to wind down and get some much needed rest and our condo offered an at home feel. When we arrived we were upgraded to an oceanfront room which was even more perfect. Lisa was so attentive, friendly and such an amazing person of contact that it made us feel so comfortable and safe. She was easy to reach and always got right back with any questions or concerns, I so appreciate her for that. The food, the scenery, the peaceful atmosphere on the beach was everything we needed and we’re already planning our anniversary trip in August. Thanks for the memories Northwest Point Resort!

I would not recommend anyone stay here. Our room we received was terrible compared to what is advertised. Towel rack was falling off the wall in bathroom. Random chunks of material on the wall. Resort failed to tell us the chef for the restaurant was on vacation during this time. We would not have stayed here knowing that. This is the WORST beach on the island. We travelled to numerous beaches and this one was by far the worst. Local told us we should not have stayed at Northwest at it is unsafe to drive when he gets dark due to crime. Our condo had a ton of bugs in it the entire trip crawling all over kitchen area and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were nice and the property grounds was nice. I would never tell anyone I know to stay here though. Terrible first impression of Turks and Caicos

We were looking for a quiet secluded oasis and we found it and more at the Northwest Point Resort. The condo was so lovely. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool area is beautiful, clean and inviting. The restaurant was great with good food, a bar, and a friendly staff. The manager Lisa is amazing and addressed any questions that we had immediately. But the beach. Oh the beach. It’s heavenly. It’s quiet and full of conch shells and the perfect blue water was wonderful. The beach is very secluded and quiet and natural. It’s the most beautiful beach that I have ever seen. We loved it so much we are going back in July. It was heavenly. Some pro tips: you need to rent a car. The resort is remote and secluded and away from the tourist trappings of Grace Bay. Call Tashy at Rent a Buggy. She was great and brought it out to us. Bring Cash. Everyone prefers US Dollars on the island and give discounts when you pay in cash. There are cash and carry grocery stores and liquor stores. There are also more expensive stores that take credit cards but the discounts were impressive. Know that the bar and restaurant close at 7, so plan accordingly. It’s about 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay but the drive is worth the serenity.

Far from a resort!

Thank goodness we rented a car & planned to spend every day somewhere beside NWP resort! The staff was never visible, impossible to get ahold of, & unhelpful. The property has tremendous potential but is completely uncared for. Broken lighting on the property, neglected & sparse landscaping, a completely useless fitness room with all broken equipment. A pool that does not run the filter system at all so it is extremely dirty & chemically imbalanced. A bartender who is absolutely uninformed & unfriendly. Broken TV, broken screen doors, ant infested, window sills filthy dirty, all the dishes mismatched & several broken. No beach towels, a dirty blanket for the bed with holes in it, all the blinds broken, ceiling fans that made loud ticking noises, dirty old cabinets, & uncomfortable seating. Expected to at least get clean towels once in a while, paper towel, or a few amenities. Had to buy everything at the store. The beach was covered in seaweed, the umbrellas by the pool were lopsided & broken, the gate to enter & leave the place was difficult to open & broken on one side. There was a message on our machine flashing that was from March 7th. Apparently nobody checks the place over thoroughly from the guests prior. The closet floors were covered in dust balls & filthy dirty. The shower floor was dirty & the water pressure was terribly weak. When we asked the girls at the desk to help us with some of our concerns they told us we could go stay somewhere else.

I like the tranquility and the quietness of of the property. The staffs were very friendly. I would have like to see more offers in the dining options. Most of the guests would have enjoy a nice Friday night/Saturday night music, dance some meet ant greet. I did spoke to a few guests and they all love the property, but a bit of entertainment would definitely be more inviting, since this property is so remote. My suggestion is to have more meals and entrainment options. People don't feel safe driving in such rough terrain late in the night. But we love it.

The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach.

The sweet Lady that works at the restaurant is equally lovely. The Grounds are stunning. We enjoyed the gravel road to and fro each day...We would not change a thing!!
