Amazing staff, great food, so relaxing and peaceful!! Pool is beautiful and views/beach are stunning. Coffee shop is perfect, good breakfast. Lunch/dinner lots of options, even for the 4 nights we stayed. Grace at the front desk recommended a car for a day to venture out, she set it up to deliver to the hotel and it was great! Recommend the ice cream shop and a across the bridge to middle Caicos! Really everything you need in a one stop shop to have peace. Short walk to a small convenience store where you can get bottled water and snacks. No liquor store within walking distance, but plenty of options at the hotel bar! Not a lot of other visitors given the small amount of rooms.. exactly what we were looking for! Rooms cozy and very clean. Property well taken care of, rooms cleaned daily. AC worked great too, LOL! We will be back to enjoy this property again!

The room and property were clean. The staff were so helpful getting taxis arranged for travel. Definitely a location amongst the locals in which is very quiet and relaxing. There is an onsite restaurant and bar with great foods and drinks but does open mid day and closes about 8, so eating after 745pm isn’t available. Overall I’d stay again in the oceanfront rooms again!

A magic place. We stayed in a beachfront apartment. The rooms are spacious, the bed is super comfortable, lovely, simple enterior, it has everything one needs. If you don’t like anonymous 5* resorts, you want to be in a special place at the beach, good food, excellent coffee and very laidback, you’re in the right place. The staff and Donna are fantastic!

Nice quiet hotel steps to the beach. Donna the owner was great! Super helpful with suggestions on places to go including local go to's. I was also looking for after sun for a sunburn & she brought me real aloe vera from their garden, it was a life saver. Kay at Clifford's Coffee bar was a delight every morning & made excellent drinks. Breakfast sandwich's with homemade bread. We had dinner at Barricuda's every night the chef is excellent! Conch fritters were great, lobster to die for, & snapper was fabulous. Super convenient to have both on property after a day out exploring. North & Middle Caicos was like having a private island to yourself sometimes we were the only people on the beach. Such a beautiful place thank you for making our vacation special.

We had an amazing stay at Pelican Beach Hotel. Donna and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was outstanding — easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with great service and a warm, personal touch, this is it. We can’t wait to come back.

The room was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from bath and beach towels to soaps and shampoo, as well as coffee pods. Its location was ideal—just steps from a stunning, white sand beach lined with turquoise water. Each day, we started with morning walks along the shore. We swam in the ocean and relaxed under the sun on several days of our stay. The Barracuda restaurant, located right on the property, became our go-to spot. We enjoyed several delicious meals there; the seafood pasta and cracked conch were a favorite, and we spent many evenings sipping their signature rum punch while enjoying the views Although the area is a bit remote, we found plenty to do. We made a special trip to Miss B's for an authentic local lunch, and on another day, we ventured to the Mudjin Cafe on Middle Caicos, where the views were breathtaking, and the cave was an added adventure. This getaway was truly memorable—well worth the trip. I would happily return, as we had an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican. Our room was very nice and clean. Direct walk to a beautiful beach. Coffee from the coffee shop was excellent each morning. Along with the restaurant located on the beach at the hotel. Great food and beach vibes. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on North Caicos!

I had an amazing journey on this trip. I actually cried when I got on the airplane to go back home. I have been treated with nothing but love and kindness my entire experience from the front desk and the owner to the staff the my two favorite people Ms.Willis and Mr. Kenneth were amazing. The food was excellent customer service, top-tier and the serenity on this beautiful paradise Island and I Love it!!! Many people were intrigued from my photos I shared on social media and they wanted to know where exactly I was. I will only tell a few vetted people who I believe. I deserve it for this Paradise and quality care. I can go on for days about how beautiful this experience was and also I would like to thank Michael for connecting to everything I needed to make the cherry on top of my vacation. this place gets 100 stars. I feel truly blessed that God allowed me to land on this hidden gem that I call my new Paradise I love y’all. and thank you Mr. Kenneth for teaching me about different parts of the world that I’m interested in traveling too soon. Donna and her staff are the most attentive and helpful people I know. One night my husband asked about the coconuts hanging from the trees and the next morning a staff member showed up at ou door with two of them. If you get the chance to reserve the Sea Fan room do it. It is actually an apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and cost less per night then any other hotel rooms.

The property is beautifully maintained with a quiet, clean beach and friendly staff, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, if you're looking for a location with easy access to food and entertainment options, this may not be the best fit. The hotel advertised breakfast as included, which is just a small bowl of fruit, a piece of pastry, and a glass of juice. There is only one on-site restaurant, and it operates from 12 PM to 8 PM, limiting dining flexibility. Taxi services arranged through the property are very expensive ($25 one way), even for short trips to restaurants. While I enjoyed the tranquil beach, the lack of food options and high transportation costs were very disappointing.
