"This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!"

"The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!"

"I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. "Waking up at the Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos was truly waking up in paradise. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . "Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. There would be better use of space if they had a bar area on the deck closer to the beach. We had some issues with our lights not shutting...

Would be nice to see the beach access, that’s not directly attached to this property by the way, it’s a public access, be updated to support the style of the property we stayed at. Overall it’s a good place to stay and we enjoyed our trip with the Tides. Location is also very good for pickup on the beach for certain excursions, and just a short 10-15 min walk to “Town”. "
