"The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was delicious. The beach was maintained and cleaned daily. The resort has bikes for you to use, my husband and I used them several times to beach hop around the resort. This resort has a sister resort on Grace Bay that you are able to visit and use the beach and eat at the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the Blue Haven Resort!"

"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!"

"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. "This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort...

"Clean well maintained property. Ocean view was breathtaking. Ocean is so clean and we were swimming with different colored fish. Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect!
