"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!"

"Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. "You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

"What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. "Worse hotel to stay at. It’s more a timeshare than a hotel. No elevators to get to your room. You have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Poor customer service. Waited 3 hours after check in for out room to be ready because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Nobody to help with your luggage so you have to carry all your luggage up 10 flights of stairs in a zig zag path. One restaurant that closes early and only have 3 options and are over priced.
