Couldn’t have asked for more from this stay. The owner was very attentive of my needs and informative. The room was amazing and we loved the view. The hotel pool was amazingly warm, it was just perfect

This was my second time to TCI and I’m so glad I chose this place. Host was responsive and very helpful. Very close and central to all the hotspots and local activities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4-Star Rental Property Review I had a great stay at this rental! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. A few minor improvements could make it a perfect five-star experience—perhaps some additional amenities or a little extra attention to detail in certain areas. Overall, though, I’d highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

Very nice property with great views and good beach access. Very easy to communicate with the owner who was great and very responsive. Large patio and many places to take quaint pictures. Everything needed was in the kitchen and it is central to everything. I highly recommend this property and I have stayed at many. This is one of the best.

When we arrived the beach chairs and umbrellas were not there. The ironing board was broken, so was the iron and the hair dryer. The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. When we arrived back to our condo, not only were we reimbursed, but brand new beach chairs, umbrellas, ironing board, iron and hair dryer was purchased and sent to our condo. Thank you Ortega. The place was clean, the A/C worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. The area is safe and within 15 to 20 minutes drive from many popular beaches and restaurants. 3 Grocery stores within 5 to 10 minutes drive. The gentleman in charge is Ortega and he went above and beyond to make our 11 day stay a pleasant one.

My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos!

This property was clean and beautiful, from the views out on the balcony to starring at the stars out by the Awesome Poolside at night. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish I could stay longer. The property owner Michael was great, he made everything very easy to access. Everything that was suppose to be there was, had No Problem with anything. I will stay here again whenever possible... TY

This property is a ideal location your on vaca or business. In my case it was business. It was bot far from the bank and the grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. I would normally buy lunch and dinner. This room allowed me to feel at home and I cooked breakfast and dinner during my stay. I wish I was not on business as this room would be great for a family vacation.

Everything with the property was simple and nice except for the mosquitos. Mosquitos weren't bad around the property or in that part of the island, however, they were terrible inside the condo. I'm covered in bites from sleeping and showering.

The check-in was a bit confusing but eventually we were able to locate our unit and get checked in. The onsite management for the property does not help with individually owned units and they will not do a thing to help you, not even access the internet to contact someone about checking in. Please be clear about check-in details ahead of time as you will most likely not have cell or internet service while in the TCI. We had no cell service and had to go to a business that would let us get on their internet-again, as the onsite people will not do a thing to help you, not even access the internet to contact someone about checking in. The unit was fine but there is a mosquito problem and the doors to the balcony must have been left open (the screens are broken) letting them in, so we were unable to enjoy the ocean breeze, and had to continually fight off mosquitoes in the unit.
