"Exceptional. The location could not be better. When have you ever stayed in a XIII building? Here’s your chance. Yes, it’s a steep climb with suitcases, but Francesco helped! And yes, you have to climb up and down, but it’s a great workout, plus you get to admire all the old doors in the building and marvel the staircase that folks have been using for several centuries. "Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."
