Apartemen di La Spezia

"Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value"

"Very rustic property, but clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Lots of steps to facility, but there are steps everywhere! And, we were pleased that when we opened the door, no more steps!😀"

"The tower is located at one of the highest points in Vernazza, so be prepared for a good workout coming and going to the property. Pack light! Once there, the views are breathtaking and the property is very cozy. There are many creature comforts, including small kitchen, refrigerator, and WiFi. The center of town with restaurants and bars is very close and the property is also very close to the entrance of the blue trail. The extra bedrooms are better for older kids as they’re up steep ladders...

"Amazing place and beautiful location but definitely a lot of stairs to reach it so be aware! But I would absolutely stay here again and the view was lovely!"

"The apartment was brand new and amazing. Not difficult to find and in a great location in the village. There are a lot of steep stairs up to the apartment, so pack light. Be sure to take a swim at the beach at Riomaggiore while you are there"

"Very nice apartment Great location Very clean"

"We were first presented with a list of extra fees for doing things such as leaving dishes in the sink (40 Euros), clogging the toilet (100 euros), not sorting the garbage properly into four separate bins (35 euros). The staircase is extremely steep and unsafe. Our children were not happy with the wifi rule not allowing streaming or gaming. On the positive side, the apartment is in a great location and has a washing machine"

"We had to change last minute, our accommodation in Vernazza because we realized the first place we booked was too far from the village. I'm so glad we found this place! It was four minutes to the train station, centrally located, so quaint to walk over the bridge to the apartment. The place was spacious and delightful. Would highly recommend."

"The team were very helpful and the location was absolutely stunning. We will recommend to our friends."

"Great location for hiking the cinque terre trails"
