"The description doesn't match the reality. The place is run-down. The road is nearby, and the room is very noisy. Despite the stated private bathroom, there's only one for all rooms. The owner takes a deposit and then makes up excuses to pay as little as possible (flexible arrival, linen fee, etc.), and despite an initially favorable offer, it ends up being quite a hefty sum. The photos show a beautiful, clean house. In reality, it's old, neglected, and cluttered. I don't recommend it. Avoid."

"We arrived in the evening, and had a bit of a challenging checking in. I would advise to have someone who is a native Italian speaker join you to communicate with the staff. We were moved to another guesthouse as there was a mix up with our reservation, which they apologized for. Property was clean and mostly quiet.
