"Not for the first time has Italy blown us away. This property was perfect for our short break. We were met at the main door, shown to our room that had a balcony. The room was spotless as was the private bathroom. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby. The room had air conditioning and was in a perfect location for the main square/ arena. We can't fault this room or Roberto. In fact we are planning on returning next year with more of our family."

"The location of this property was excellent. Only a 4 minute walk to the Arena, 2 minutes to Juliettes balcony and minutes from plenty of shopping and dining. There is a small elevator, which doesn't hold more than 2 people and 2 suitcases. No big deal, as it's great that it even exists. We were unable to respond to the owner regarding our arrival time until the morning of our arrival day and then only by phone.
