"Bien situé, accueil chaleureux, chambre propre. J'ai préféré attendre mon retour de voyage avant de donner mes commentaires parce que les hôtels que nous avons choisi en Italie qui mentionne les commodités ou articles de toilettes au pluriel ne repond pas au standard que nous sommes habitués. Ex: savon pour le corps, hydratant pour le corps, shampoing et conditionner. Nous avons eu que savon. Déjeuner continental sans plus avec de la vaisselle en carton, salle à manger aurait besoin de bon...

"The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is perfect—just steps away from the trams, making it very easy to get around the entire city. I was also lucky to share the room with respectful and quiet people, which made my stay even more pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything was well maintained. Great atmosphere overall. Highly recommended!"

"Las habitación estaba limpia y todo estaba ordenado. El internet funcionó muy bien y todo desde el proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo. El único detalle que podría mejorar son las mamparas del baño que no cerraban del todo, pero por suerte aún así no dejaba salir agua. Un detalle muy importante para resaltar es que a pesar del frio, nuestra habitación (308) estuvo siempre muy bien calefaccionada. Un excelente descanso"

"Camera con odore misto muffa e piedi. Lenzuola sporche, polvere su cuscini e su ogni superficie. Coperta piena di pelucchi e polvere (spero). Pavimento piccicoso. Tapparella mezza rotta. "Clean room, well maintained "

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."

"C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cette auberge en une semaine. La chambre était très propre. Les lits bien que fragile d'apparence sont confortables. "
