Food is homemade, service is superior, eco friendly gardens are amazing with roses and herb gardens, pool and event space is spectacular, private in room spa is unique and upscale, location to tuscany experience especially the town of Cortona is amazing and overall you could not have a better local tuscan experience. If you like the hustle and bustle of a 5 star urban densely populated hotel in the center of a city then you should stay in rome, florence or even venice. Moreover, if you are looking for a stress free, exceptional culinary experience with a tuscan family style experience then this is the place for you. It is one hour and 20 minutes north of Florence by Train. There are 22 trains a day from florence to the Torentola train station which is 10 minute from the Parco Dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa. We are owner of hotels, condos and multifamily residential projects in South Florida and therefore absolutely know the difference between quality. This is total quality! "c-hotels Fiume gets an “A” for comfort, cleanliness, and charm. The room and bathroom were fairly large and both very clean. My room also had a nice balcony with table and chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful - checking in/out was easy and they arranged a car to the airport for us. We quite enjoyed the happy-hour drink and snack! TIP: have it on the 5th-floor terrace for added ambience. Definitely recommend and would stay again on my next visit to Rome."

"Hidden gem located just outside the city walls. Most attractions within walking distance. Our host was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't realise breakfast was included so that was a bonus. We had a cold buffet assortment plus hot drinks, toast and scrambled eggs. The room was immaculate and very contemporary. The staircase and lift to the apartments was like something out of Talented Mr Ripley. Just loved it. Would stay again😁"

"Wi-fi and air conditioning. The latter necessary in Summer months. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Well equipped hotel in a convenient location not far from the main railway station and many major sites. Shopping and restaurant choices are nearby. Would recommend "

"Recommend the hotel as it was easy to get around, great coffee and home made patisserie shops and restaurants. Close to bus stops. The only small thing is that if you don’t have a car and want to go Trevi fountain pantheon and Basilica etc it is a 20 minute bus ride other than that it is worth the stay."

"Very close to railway station. Quiet area but only a short walk to major attractions. Room was excellent, facilities very good and staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend! "
