Most major attractions are within walking distance — about 25 minutes to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps, and around 35 minutes to the Colosseum (or 15 minutes by metro). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was cleaned and the bed made every day. The hotel is clean, well presented, and located on the second floor. "Absolutely Fabulous "

"Such a wonderful, friendly staff! Close to San Pietro station. Breakfast was awesome! We loved it so much, we are stopping back on our return trip (writing this on the train from Florence). Four travelers, stayed three nights there, and no car needed for our purposes. Just hopped on the train to go to the Coliseum and other places. Walked to the Vatican. Then, Train to Naples (with a connection). Spectacular!"
