One of the cots had to be covered with a towel to prevent calf injuries from the metal mattress spring, the hot water is sporadic, the fridge is not in use, and there were no batteries in the TV remote. "Breakfast and reception is in a different place"

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"10/10 location few steps from the trevi and walking distance from everything else you need to see. The room was great and clean and the bathroom was spacious I was expecting a smaller area. But honestly impressed! This isn’t a 24/7 hotel service it’s very small and the reception is there I believe 7am-7pm. The receptionist was SO SWEET she gave us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat and it helped so much!! Def recommend this hotel."

"The front desk staff were so helpful in recommending places to suit our interests. We changed the duration of our stay and they accommodated us and even helped us move to the new rooms. The entire staff helped us in everything. They were very warm and friendly. They went over and beyond the call of duty in flagging down a taxi to handle 3 big bags.
