"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Das Hotel an sich war schön von der Optik allerdings waren viele Dinge nicht richtig durchdacht , als wir ankamen hieß es um den beheizten Pool nutzen zu können müssten wir zu dritt täglich 36€ Euro dazu zahlen dann könnte man den Wellness Bereich nutzen ! Wir hatten dieses Hotel extra gebucht wegen dem beheizten Pool hätten wir geahnt das es zusätzlich zu zahlen gibt hätte man sich auch was anderes buchen können. "Staff were wonderful—one even greeted us in the parking lot and personally showed us to the apartment, which was such a nice touch. We visited during Holy Week, and they were incredibly helpful, offering tips on how to navigate the city, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent.
