"Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding… "

"Firstly no signage door open but waited in lounge for 2hrs for somebody to attend reception to check in . He wasn't expecting us (only had bookings from booking .com). Room small , shower in corner of bathroom with a plastic curtain . No glasses in room took glasses from behind bar as nobody about to provide. No trace of property on trip advisor nor a website I won't make that mistake again"

What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. "La struttura è un antico casale ristrutturato che insieme alla magnifica e innovativa piscina si presenta come un ideale isola di relax e pace dei sensi. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il buonissimo cibo a km. 0. La signora Lucia, la gentilissima proprietaria è un bel esempio da attingere per chi vuole intraprendere il suo lavoro. Struttura eccellente."
