Besides located in a perfect location, the rooms were generous in size; the breakfast was among the best we’ve had, the bar patio was very serene and peaceful and then there are the staff. Everyone was friendly, smiling and patient. No wonder this is a five star hotel!!!!"

"This was our second stay at this hotel and it was every bit was good as our last stay. Staff is warm and welcoming, the hotel is located in the absolute heart of Bruges but is still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast buffet is incredible and even when it was very busy due to a large tour group, it remained well-stocked and constantly replenished. The bar is a great place to grab a drink after a long day of sightseeing. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!"

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. "Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. Grounds were beautiful, but they appeared understaffed, and struggled to meet requests such as extra pillows (as we only got one each), and unable to man the bar when checking in guests etc. Had an unfortunate incident where we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest....
