"Flight was delayed and upon arrival the doors were locked, no staff was on site, the self serve kiosk was not working, and the 24/7 virtual assistance sent me voicemail repeatedly. I had a young child with me and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in a foreign place."

"The staff was nice and super helpful, especially Olivia. The housekeeping could be a little better. Better vaccuming and cleaning of bathrooms which I did let the staff know about. Close to center of Provo. Available parking for $10 a day. Continental breakfast was appreciated."

"The staff was very helpful. The only complaint is we had ants in our room behind the nightstand. I pulled out the nightstand and their was knives and crumbs behind it. When I reported the ants to the front desk they put an ant trap behind the nightstand but didn't clean the crumbs."
