"I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times.
Very clean plus the coffee was delicious.
We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in.
The cleaning staff always left our room super clean.
The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room.
The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...

"Room was warm, AC did not work well. Room was dirty and when I complained, I was meet with “it’s fine, it’s not a big deal” I requested a room change and they were not willing to do until I requested to speak with manager. I was moved to a ti y room that was dirtier, but ac worked better. Staff was not friendly, or helpful. A few servers were the only pleasant experience. This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and I will NEVER go back. I have lots of better options to take a vacation."

"Amazing stay. This place is fantastic. Staff are so friendly. We did not eat here but the drinks were great!
My only complaint is that they have a lovely infinity pool but the beach view is blocked by the “exclusive member” cabanas. A few loose tiles in the pools but I am just being picky. Great stay!! "

"The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well.
I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts.
Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing."
