"We stayed on the top floor in the Cherry Rose suite and wow we highly recommend! Priscilla checked us in early, gave us so many resources and information about our room as well as the area! Very spacious room, living room with a pull out couch, a kitchen with a sitting area and fridge, and a very cute bathroom. "Really enjoyed that this Inn was further away from the main touristy area, but still walkable to the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfast each morning too. Very close to the Cliff Walk and beach for a different trip than I have had to Newport in the past. Staff is incredibly nice and very responsive. Already booked our stay for next year!"

"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."
