"This was my third stay at the hotel. Is located right across with the terminal. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds but I wish they would offer firmer pillows, too. The breakfast buffet is great with a lot to choose from."

"I had stayed at other Arche hotels in Poland and I always had a refrigerator and air conditioning. So I booked two rooms at the Poloneza for three nights during the hottest weekend in Poland. No air conditioner in either room and no refrigerator. Luckily the hotel had a free room for me that had an air conditioner but still, no refrigerator. my son had to endure the heat with just a fan and no refrigerator. The staff is great but whoever owns this hotel is an idiot."

"Pro's: - Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center. - Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world. - If breakfast is included, it's well worth it. - The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey. Cons: - Because the balkonies are all covered by the same glass wall, it get's VERY noisy outdoors. Conversations from 3 floors down, music from another...

"I had planned on staying for 12 nights, however due to a Family emergency I needed to cut my trip short. The property was very helpful in this regards, my many thanks to management and staff. Besides this, the breakfast is really good and one of the best I can vouch for having in a hotel. The room was fresh and clean, which made my stay refreshing and comfortable. The amenities gym/pool/courtyard were awesome, I really enjoyed all these amenities while I was there and they helped me cope while...
