"All members of staff were super helpful, welcoming and responsive! Great location, Hot breakfast, Room cleaned daily and given drinking water daily! The shower pressure the BEST! and I loved the pool area. Highly recommend great customer service, price, location, food and shower! "

"I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Asians and Western. Staffs are friendly and helpful!! Hotel lobby and room are cleaned. I enjoyed the free H2O bottles. Front desk staffs are warm and welcoming. Dining staffs and housekeeper are also nice and friendly. I will return if I will be in town in future."

"Checkin took a long time. Checkin is often like applying for a passport or visa - you’re tired, hungry and you need another 10 mins to get your room key. It’s not this hotel per se, but many take altogether too long. Why not use the information I provided when booking?
Nice hotel, very local crowd and near the industrial area. Taxis were easy to get. Hotel had good food, and a pool gym and rooftop bar - a nice place to chill after a long day.

"This was my second time staying at Sama Sama Express KLIA. Service was prompt, my booking was accurate. When time is of the essence which it usually is in transit between flights, a no-nonsense check-in, a room, and a hot shower waiting for you is really what you need. The inclusive breakfast and snack upon arrival didn;t hurt either. Much appreciated."
