"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"The welcome was very weird. It was all down to business. All give me your passports and your credit card details before we heard a "welcome to nobis" and got a welcome Cava. Apart from that our stay was fine but I think there are enough good hotels in palma that we're unlikely to stay here a third time"

"Óptimas condiciones, el personal super atento, el restaurante para desayunar excelente, buena atención,variado menú, comida dé primera calidad. Estacionamiento, preferible auto pequeño, alquilamos un Fiat 500 es el vehículo oficial (preferible convertible) Buenos restaurantes, excelente playas, comida a precios super buenos. En overall 💯 satisfactoria."

"Très bien situé avec un look moderne et impressionnant. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et le restaurant CUIT offre une vue exceptionnelle ainsi qu’un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, aucun stationnement ni service de voiturier n’est offert. Il faut utiliser un stationnement public situé à environ deux coins de rue, ce qui peut être moins pratique, surtout puisqu’il n’y a pas d’espace prévu pour débarquer les valises à l’arrivée et au départ."

"Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break"

"We are really selective when it comes to travel. We had the suite (Room 409), directly outside the pool entrance. The hotel was brilliant. Great location. Great food. Gym and Sauna was empty when i used it everyday. The Cinema was no longer in operation, which we did'nt know until we asked to use it. Layout of the hotel is great and really great location to the city and old town. First time with HM and was really impressed."

"Seguro regresaremos, veníamos muy cansadas con mi hija, y como tenían disponibilidad, nos dieron la habitación antes, y pudimos descansar para salir a conocer la ciudad. La secadora de pelo del baño no secaba tan bien, y nos llevaron una que funcionaba fabuloso. La vista de la habitación fabulosa, la cama y almohadas muy ricas. El área de piscina muy bonita. Y el día que regresábamos logramos hacer un late check out y nos guardaron las valijas en lo que recorríamos la ciudad. El hotel está a 5...
