"Rooms still have carpet, however they had just cleaned our room. Unfortunately the carpet was still wet, they were supposed to flag it as dirty so it wouldn't get used. "Room was dirty and smelled. No room service for a week stay. Gym is trash. No weights only a few cardio machines. Had to ask for toilet paper. Just all around bad. Will not stay again."

"Clean and wonderful service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. One star left out due to my room was skipped on cleaning, I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room.
