Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya - All Inclusive
The majority of the staff were very friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. Hotel is a little dated. Was not impressed by the food on resort.

Playa Palms Beach Hotel
Clean rooms, great value for the price, and super helpful staff who made everything easy. The location is perfect—especially being so close to my favorite dive shop, Tank Ha. Would definitely stay here again

Porto Playa Condo Hotel & Beachclub
The room was huge, had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi, right downtown walking distance from everything. Pool was fun and hotel staff were friendly. Would come back anytime

Hotel Colonial Playa del Carmen
Me paso algo muy honesto de resaltar en este hotel. Nos contrataron un taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto y olvidé un sombrero , me comunique al hotel al darme cuenta y en 2 hrs me marcaron para notificarme que ahi lo tenían. Sombrero con gran valor sentimental , muchas gracias.
