"Arrived at hotel only to find no one there and bar closed, hotel restaurant closed. I complained to the young man at desk but he was only a low paid employee who apologized repeatedly. I paid for two ocean view rooms for two nights. Room door would not close, shower head broken, toilet wouldn't flush. Rooms needed paint. Ants in both rooms. Many items on menu not available lack of money to resupply bar and food items. Awesome views but hotel very tired. Management to be found anywhere only...

"We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, with all you need for a family vacation. This is a small hotel with a great pool and outstanding service. It is still in the final stages of a renovation but very few things are still being completed."

"Nous avions une grande chambre avec vue sur la mer. Une petite terrasse avec hamac, chaises et table. L'accueil y est très chaleureux. L'hôtel est situé tout près de la playa Carillo et à 7 km de Samara. Séjour très agréable!"
