"Gorgeous clean and well constructed property. Friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Grounds were well maintained and very private from the outside town. Be advised there are two different locations, Residencias and Beachfront. We had a two bedroom unit with kitchenette in the Residencias. There looks to be several rooms above a restaurant at the Beachfront location. We had a 5 minute walk through town with access to the beach through the Beachfront location. "This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked."

"It is only a block away from the beach , some local options for food in walking distance, the pool is open 24/7 unless they are cleaning it. Board games on site, beds comfy and clean, all amenities you need. parking in front. Not a lot to do in Brasilito but great location to get to everything. The owners of the condo are really great to deal with and remember to take a photo of the emergency numbers on the kitchen counter just in case. "
