Family and I had a comfortable stay. The unit has all amenities you need and is right on the beach. Quiet and not crowded, just how we like it.

Off the beaten path

When arriving even though I arrived late in coming to the front office the next morning to check in unfortunately didn’t really get a warm welcome and we did not get any instructions on how the amenities work for the property; that we had amenities at another hotel; how does that work hours of operation anything like that. When working with the concierge even though they were super nice in person unfortunately dropped the ball on a few things. I specifically asked for certain groceries didn’t get all the items that I requested on the first day had to remind them that they missed items on the grocery list. Also asked for wash cloths as soon as we arrived we never received them. The amenities including the pools unfortunately were extremely ice cold and we couldn’t enjoy them. We had to drive into the city to enjoy better amenities at other locations that had heated pools and warmer beaches. Even arriving here we should’ve gotten better instructions knowing that the property is on a dirt road that is 6 miles away from the main road and dirt meaning you need a four-wheel-truck to get through all of the unpaved roads. It’s not recommended to drive a regular car through this because you will destroy your shocks and strutters. Upon the first day here after using the sink in the kitchen unfortunately there is some type of leak that is going on underneath which is creating a pool of brown liquid all over the kitchen. Just not the best experience for the type of money you pay

Avoid this property if stormy weather is forecaste

The condo is very modern and has a fabulous ocean view. The condo appears to be a great value for a comparable 2br ocean front condo equivalent in the US and the staff seems to be very caring. The bad side is that the location is about 10 miles down a dirt road that was flooded during our stay. Luckily, we had four wheel drive or else we would have been stuck in the mud as was the case with at least a half dozen people that we passed on the way home to the condo. If it doesn’t rain, you should be fine. My biggest concern is with the cheap construction of the building. During our stay we experienced a windy winter storm and it destroyed much of the cheap glass that they used in the lobby and some guest rooms. There was broken glass and large chucks of drywall and roofing material everywhere. I have lived in an oceanfront condo and I know the hurricane proof glass that you should have on an oceanfront condo is nowhere in this unit. The roofs and walls were completely blown out in several places by a moderately windy winter storm. If this unit gets hit by a hurricane, I’m rather certain it will be destroyed. I was also surprised that no one from the condo bothered to check up on us after the storm considering the dire conditions at the condo.

El lugar nos fue entregado limpio y ordenado, esta muy cuidado y muy elegante, buen precio, buen trato de la administradora (Carmen) siempre al pendiente de que podiamos necesitar, el lugar me gustó mucho por que esta muy reservado ya que no esta cerca del centro ni las playas mas pobladas, las albercas excelentes, limpias y algunas con agua caliente, la vista del condominio hermosa, lo unico que recomendaria seria que hubiese algun restaurante en el hotel o tiende de conveniencia, por que para comer o comprar mandado teniamos que ir hasta el centro (25 minutos) o al hotel Mayan (5 minutos) pero en el Mayan los precios son elevados, por cierto el hospedaje al Encanto Living da acceso a las albercas y otras atracciones del Mayan. En general yo definitivamente si me volveria a hospedar en Encanto Living. Gracias! Raul Hernandez

Paradise in Puerto Peñasco

Amazing stay ! Like a magical balcony where you can see wonderful sunrises , sunsets and moon setting by the sea . Just this would make it worthy . We went by the end of November and the weather was vey pleasant . The apartment is huge , nice as is the entire Encanto Living . We talked to the management informing some small issues that did not bother us much and I am sure it’s fixed by now . We choose this apartment because is located on a distant beach ( 30 min from downtown) still very calm . We loved , recommend and for sure , will go back again.

The condo had a beautiful view!!! Lots of room to socially distance!!! The beach is pretty isolated, so there were not too many vendors. Mattress in master bedroom should be replaced, and the sinks in the master bedroom bathroom go down really slow. Other than that we had a beautiful and relaxing vacation!!! We will be going back for sures!!! PS Make sure you take enough ice, because it's $4 per bag at the resort!!!

Great stay

Overall amazing experience. The condo was beautiful, stunning views, warm hot tub, empty beach when we were there. Checkin was easy (checkin at front office right next to condo) and staff were all really nice. Only complaints were that the shower in the master bath was a bit dribbly on one setting and both our key cards stopped working (but staff fixed this promptly!) We had a delicious breakfast, complete with fresh watermelon juice, at the Maya Palace down the road (access is included to all MP amenities). Kitchen was great and had a reverse osmosis tap that we used with no I'll effect. We'll definitely be back.
