"I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. "It was our 2nd stay in 3 months. It was just as wonderful the 2nd time. We absolutely love staying here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It’s only a 10 min walk to the grocery store, a 1 km walk on the beach to all the fun little restaurants and beach bars on Cabarete Beach and about the same in the other direction to Kite Beach. "
