"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel in Luquillo. The place is beautiful and extremely clean — they do a great job keeping everything spotless. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy. The staff, although few, were very attentive and welcoming. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. "Although the place has no reception (please do not be fooled by the photo) the manager made excellent attempts at getting hold of me to talk me through the check-in process. This is a self service accommodation with codes which I had not been aware off (my fault for not reading). Once I contacted Jorge, I was easily able to enter the accommodation (all by entry codes). The best thing is that the bed was excellent. I slept like a baby. "
