"I arrived early and waited for my room, at 4:00pm my room wasn't available, it was a long wait and process, finally it was resolved. The breakfast time changes so ask for the time for the next day. A roach was crawling in the brown sugar. I eat breakfast outside. The printer took a long time to print my boarding passes. Finally I download and was able to print. The staff is friendly, the towels go fast. the pool is clean and the casino was lots of fun. The washer and gym is clean and...

"The only thing I can mention, is that the balcony which I chose since I was traveling alone are only available on the very first floor, where people can pass by going to different directions lof the hotel pool restaurants so at times I had to close all the curtains because of desired privacy.
Perhaps to emphasize that the balcony and the Water view as mentioned in your advertisement is the water of the pool of the hotel and they all face small tables and the eyes"
