"Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience. "

"The corner room was a great size. Had a view of the pool in the back, pool table, ping pong, whirlpool, towels were provided in a clear cabinet by the pool. The location had some great restaurants and there was a supermarket right across the street that was open 24 hours. Condado beach was a 15-20 minute walk away and more great restaurants were there too! "Amazing resort! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. All areas of the resort were exceptionally clean and there was plenty to do! We wouldn’t even have had to leave the resort if we didn’t want to! Would definitely stay again!"
