"Would NOT recommend staying there! The customer service is terrible! I booked 3 rooms for a group of 10, I had two rooms next to each other.. there was a connecting door in between. I asked if we can open the door in between the rooms and they said I didn’t pay for that type of room! If I wanted to “Open the Door” between the two rooms (that we were already using) I had to pay an additional $100 US Dollars per night!! Ridiculous.!! "Honestly loved the entire building, from the huge apartment style rooms, to the luxury gym equipment, to the rooftop pool that literally takes the entire roof. Best booking in PV I would say. The ONLY thing I wish they would fix is to make the wristbands key access to the rooms and elevators because what’s the point of the wristbands. "Property is kinda old and outdated. Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...

"I really appreciate the staff. They've provided overall exceptional service. I like the fact that the property is located within a quiet residential community. My wife and I felt like we were at home. The property itself was very clean, functional and well maintained. Our two bedroom 2 bathroom suite was amazing. Our stay at the San Tropico Boutique Hotel was well worth it and we will book here again. Highly recommended!"
