We loved our stay at Casa Maria, such a bright colourful space with welcoming staff and a lovely boutique feel. Great rooms and a nice area to relax by the pool at the end of a busy day. Really close to the Los Muertos pier and the start of the Malecon. Would definitely stay again.

A truly amazing experience! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The attention to detail is of the highest level. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel grounds are stunning

The owners made certain we were comfortable and most helpful regarding the nearby market for shopping, which proved invaluable for getting local ingredients for cooking meals. Nice, fully furnished kitchen as well! This is not resort life by no means as you hear local children playing in the streets and the sounds of barking dogs, etc. The walk to the beach is maybe 8-10 minutes but often across rough pavements so not advised for anyone with walking or mobility issues. Absolutely wonderful first visit to Puerto Vallarta. ZonaZ is in a great location and we got all of the information we needed about how to get from the airport to the hotel in advance, and plenty of tips about the area when we arrived. Would absolutely book here again next time.

We had a great stay. The rooms are great. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooftop pool and views are breathtaking. 10/10

The hotel is beautiful, the room was amazing, so comfortable & hi-tech, everything brand new. It is also in a great location, just a few mins walk from the centre & beach.

Didnt have breakfast. View was ok. Rooftop pool was great!

Lovely quiet location at end of Bay Nice pool which was mostly empty with pool bar and a nice restaurant by the beach … good food and drinks and service Room was clean with lots of bottled water Staff happy to arrange late check out Staff were attentive and helpful

Great staff, pool was very nice

We stayed in several different hotels during our trip and this was the last one before we flew home (chose it as close to the airport) was set in very beautiful scenic grounds with lots of flowers & ponds/waterways & had fish and a peacock. We love to see animals around hotel. Hotel easily accessible with buggy & had lifts. Had a nice view from bedroom over sea but disappointingly the windows were screwed shut . Room nice but shower was fixed to the wall & no bath. The pools were fine but...

Beautiful hotel with stunning views! You cannot get a better view. The hotel is very clean, well kept, comfy beds, friendly staff, not too many people so you can always get a sun lounger and hardly any kids! I would defo stay here again without a doubt.
