The location is great. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay again or refer someone to stay there if they want to be in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and stores. Alberto at the front deskwas fantastic. He was very helpful.

The rooms were clean, the pool was good as well. Location was the best right at the malecón. The only issue was that the hotel does not accept/take the luggage’s once you do the check out like many hotels do. The afternoon front desk lady was really rude to all of us and told us that once we checked out we couldn’t be in the lobby and had to leave the premises.

The hotel was very modern, clean, comfortable, and had very helpful staff. The rooms were cleaned daily and had air conditioning. The kitchen area was nicely equipped with a table, fridge, sink, and utensils, plates and cups. I was very pleased with my stay at the Loft Hotel in Puerto Vallarta and would definitely recommend it! Plus, there was always hot and cold running water in the shower and sinks, and it was not extremely noisy at night like some of the other comments say. The hotel is located on the malecon, you should expect music and cars driving by.
