Great staff.. check in and out seamless.. nice big clean room..balconies.. continental breakfast delivered to the room every month.. fresh Oj and coffee with warm croissants. Peaceful.. nice bar on the roof.. Alan great bartender. I didn’t get the name of front desk staff but again excellent wand room attendants in housekeeping were fantastic as well.

Couples Romantic Haven

I highly recommend staying here on your trip to San Pancho. The rooms are luxurious, the morning coffee and breakfast delivered to your room with warm croissants is divine, and the roof top pool is the perfect escape in this tropical oasis. The staff here are absolutely incredible. Helpful, patient with our broken Spanish as well practice, and so very warm.

PLUS: The hotel is by the beach and in the center of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. MINUS: San Pancho is noisy until 11 pm or midnight. As long as you like to party, it's a great place to stay. The morning in-the-room coffee, croissant, & OJ was the best.

This hotel is a gem. We enjoyed our stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. The pool on the rooftop is great and we were often the only once up there. The hotel is right in the center of town. 100 meters to the beach and everything right outside your front steps. So if you like that, this is a great place to stay. It does get a bit noisy and the hotel provides earplugs. But the music stops by midnight usually. The nreakfast that arrives at your door in the morning is a very nice touch. Overall very nice place to stay.

Great spot, close to everything, very chic decor and loved the breakfast basket each morning. Only drawback was it can be quite noisy between the loud music from the bar across the street late into the night, the roosters start squawking around 3am and then kids at the school on the other side around 8 :D

El mejor hotel de San Pancho Nayarit! Bonitas instalaciones, con una alberca pequeña pero muy exclusiva y vista hermosa! No necesitas coche, tienes todo a unos cuantos pasos, playa, restaurantes, cafés etc.. solo pienso que deberían mejorar el desayuno continental, creo q unos croissants salvarían el desayuno, aire en solo un pan solo con café o jugo.. de ahí en más todo excelente
