Kitchenette had everything we needed for a short stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent. Quiet area, excellent breakfasts. Hotel room and hotel itself very clean and well maintained. Only criticism is towels and bedding good use a refresh. We were fine but lots of stairs if someone has mobility issues. Being able to rent a golf cart on site was very convenient. Restaurants and shopping within the immediate area was very convenient. Loved our two night stay and wished we could stay another couple of nights.

Great breakfasts! Lots of yoga if that’s your thing but expensive. Room was nice but not really good for cooking. No exhaust fan ... our only complaint was that the room was noisy. In the mornings the kitchen staff would start making breakfast at 7:00 AM and we were underneath them. Very disappointing. In the days & evenings there was always noise from cars and motorcycles without mufflers, but it didn’t last too late.

The first room I had didn't have much airflow and was very dark. It was #107. There was a fan and airconditioning. I moved to a lovely room that was bright on the 2nd floor but had to pay more $. It took a while to get them to move me. There are rooms on the stairwell that are very dark. No natural light...So beware of your room and ask for a balcony. Otherwise this hotel is awesome, great staff, breakfast, pools and location.

Overall, great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's yoga studios are lovely and it was amazing to partake in the classes in what are essentially covered/outdoor rooms. The (double) room was all we needed and everything was clean and in good working order. Great location- away from the noise of the main streets but still close enough to walk to either restaurants, bars or the beach.

All in the all the hotel was fabulous! Staff were lovey. Rooms were clean. Very authentic Mexican hotel. Cozy. Only negative was the beds/pillows weren’t the best.

The room we had was spacious and clean. We appreciated drinking water throughout the hotel to refill our water bottles. The breakfast was filling and delicious after a wonderful yoga session available in the hotel. Quick walk to the beach and town center but quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Wonderful helpful staff! Loved our stay!

The room was pleasant with easy walking distance to the beach and town. Pools were spotless and yoga and breakfast were wonderful! Staff was helpful with setting us up with local resources (ride to/from the airport and getting a golf cart). Beautiful setting!

I chose this hotel because of the high Expedia rating, but I ended up being disappointed. The hotel building itself was really nice and taken care of, the pool was great, and they had a full breakfast buffet available in the morning. However the rooms weren’t something to write home about. Our room was bare bones. Only had a bed, small coffee table with one chair and a vanity. Bed itself was small and wasn’t very comfortable. Shower barely worked, there was 0 water pressure and considering how hot it was in Sayulita, we were really looking forward to a nice rinse-off. Shower door didn’t close, neither did the bathroom door. The room did have AC which was a huge positive. Overall if the shower/bathroom door situation was fixed this hotel would have been fine for the money.

Great hotel tucked away from downtown but close enough. Most excellent breakfast everyday and the two pools is a huge plus. The staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend getting massages! Wonderful stay!

Quedamos encantados con el Hotel, desde que llegamos nos recibieron muy bien, la habitaciones están súper cómodas y equipadas,, las albercas y los jardines 10/10, la playa está a menos de 5 minutos te prestan toallas y sombrillas!! Volveremos sin duda

Un peu déçu par certains détails (notamment la salle de bain et le lit un peu dur et grinçant) qui n'ont pas entaché la qualité du séjour. Très bon accueil, un personnel exceptionnel et un petit déjeuner de très grande qualité ont fait de ce séjour une très belle réussite malgré les petits points negatifs

We had AC issues half the trip, the maintenance man came in several times and it was basically like a circuit breaker issue. One night we had to sleep without AC becuase the person at the front desk claimed it was happening to everyone but in the morning when we mentioned it to the new front desk person it was clear it was only happening to us. They once again had the maintenance man come in and reboot it we asked for a new room they said it should be fine now - we went to go book an appointment (like gone less than 90 min), came back it was not fine - it was broken again. Finally they moved us to another room. Would have been nice to be compensated or discounted for the inconvenience but at least we got to move rooms to one that was a bit nicer and had a working AC. Also it was weird one night we were in the pool and they said we had to get out because it was 10pm and it was closing but then the other main pool right by the front desk there were still a bunch of people in it and they didn't tell them that it was time to get out. This was also the person that told us that the AC issue was happening to everyone in the building. Apart from that person the rest of the staff was great - especially the one that helped at the end get a new room. Also the breakfast buffet is so, so delicious. The yoga classes are only 100 MX and great too. We did facials and massages and they also were very nice. Just was very disappointed with the AC issue.
