"The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and most if not all of them know English. The food at the buffet was hit or miss, some stuff is good some is just okay. They rotate the menu around everyday so there is always something different which was nice. The teppanyaki restaurant was excellent, great food and a great show. We were disappointed with the pools. We went in July and it’s VERY hot and humid, we were expecting that and planned to spend a lot of time in the pools. Unfortunately the water was warm and not refreshing at all. All pools including the hot tub felt like the same temperature. This was the biggest disappointment for us. They also close the snack bar outside very early 5:30pm and the pools at 8pm when it actually feels good to be outside. Overall the stay was fine but we probably wouldn’t go back, at least not in the summer."
