Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from.
The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package, which was part of the reason for selecting this package. Otherwise, great service.
Staff across the board were friendly and helpful and generally couldn't do enough for their guests. The only slight issue other than the waiter previously mentioned, was that via booking the All-Inclusive package upfront, we were then subjected to a sales pitch straight after check-in for the hotel group's private residences. This was poorly timed at arrival (anyone arriving post long flight would not appreciate this I suspect) and when we expressed a lack of interest in purchasing the product, the conversation ended abruptly. This didn't spoil the experience as a whole however (everything else more than makes up for this), but is being added to this review for awareness.
