"It was a lovely placevwith great local bennifits! Would have lived to have stayed longer but i couldn't "afford" to due to these deposits and suspended fees! I'm still waiting on returns for any of these phantom fees for stays from last month at other hotels! My accounts just kick it back to the seller and only offer for me to cancel the transaction, giving the money over to the hotel!? This assumed risk as aburden to people traveling on a budget is frankly insulting! A restaurant doesn't...

"The staff were lovely! The 6th floor has roof access, it was a beautiful view. The room was very clean, and the shower was very nice. Underground parking was dry and clean. I wish the bed was a bit softer, but beyond that everything was perfect. "

"This hotel was fantastic. Every single person, service, amenity was the best. It made us feel like we were home. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its one of the best of the best. Thank you Hyatt for this hotel. BTW, everyone one of your staff members who were there when we stayed should be commended for their excellence.

"This is my second year in a row staying at citizenM Seattle Pioneer Square, and it absolutely lived up to my first experience. The location is unbeatable with incredible walkability and easy access to everything downtown, the waterfront, Pike Place Market, and the stadiums.
