"Am Ambong Rainforest Retreat stimmte einfach alles! Unsere Suite am obersten Punkt der Anlage war fantastisch. Alles war sauber, der Ausblick ein Traum und alles was man brauchte war da. Das ganze Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gab nichts was der freundliche Gästeservice nicht erfüllen konnte. Einen regnerischen Tag nutzten wir für eine 90 Minuten Partner Massage, traumhaft! Auch die Möglichkeit in der benachbarten Ambong Anlage zu frühstücken und Abends zu essen fanden wir...

"Hotel was great, the swimming pools and water features were really impressive. Rooms are big and spacious and the balcony was a nice feature. Gym was good and well equipped. "Un taudis ! A fuire ! Une poubelle à ciel ouvert ! La chambre était sale , des toiles d araignées, un lézard , la piscine était degeulasse ! La plage était très sale avec pleins de poubelles, le restaurant en travaux mais propose le petit dej au milieu de la poussière ! Ca ne ressemblait pas du tout au photo ! J ai demandé à être remboursé immédiatement car impossible pour moi de dormir la bas , le directeur a refusé , m à raccroché au nez ! La réception ressemble à une déchèterie une voiture...

"Our stay at Camar Resort was okay overall, but the property was not as clean as it appeared in the photos on their website. The shower also had a drainage issue — the water did not drain properly and took hours to clear, which made it seem like it may not have been built or maintained properly. On the positive side, the breakfast was okay and the staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with."

"I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"
