"Great location for a visit to downtown Saugatuck & neighboring Holland. Two story property. Choose room, if possible, on the 2nd floor so you are not bothered by the creaking ceiling from guests above you! The breakfast area is very small. There are food trays available if you have to eat in your room. The offerings are:bread, small pastries, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, scrambled eggs, a breafkast meat, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, and a coffee table in the reception are-right outside the eating area. The room is comfortable. We had two Queen size beds with plenty of pillows- which are very soft. Bring your own if you need a support pillow."

"We reserved a King Non Smoking 8 months in advance. We arrived late because we had to work on Friday and drove 5 hours to be there for the weekend. We were greeted by a friendly staff member that indicated that they didn't have our king room available. This was our 32 year anniversary and I wanted everything to go perfectly for my lovely wife. I was disappointed."

"staff at breakfast was frazzled, lost our order, re-took it, then delivered it wrong. It was ok food, not bad, not great. The place was under construction so there was that. Room was great - clean, new and comfortable."

"Room and hotel in general is super clean. Staff was friendly and prompt checking us in. There are a few hotels in this area, and we've stayed at a couple different ones during our visits, but this is by far our favorite. Definitely recommend!"
