"The staff were outstanding, from the guys on reception through to the breakfast staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and welcoming, the fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "

I especially liked having breakfast served to the table instead of buffet - that should be highlighted on the website. I was upgraded to a lovely airy 2nd floor room with a bath in the annex which was welcome on a hot couple of days. "
