Not sure if it was other guests or the cleaning staff but there was a lot of letting the doors slam and that became annoying after about 5 minutes. Minor problem but might not be to somebody trying to sleep…"

"My family and I booked the room specifically so our children could enjoy the pool over the weekend. We are local, so the pool was the only reason for our stay. When we arrived, the front desk staff completed the check‑in process and only afterward informed us that the pool was closed. Had we been told this before checking in, we would not have proceeded with the reservation at all. Because the pool was unavailable, we stayed in the room for less than an hour while trying to resolve the issue....
