Can not recommend this hotel enough. The service/ staff / setting were al perfect. We had issues with our card on checking in and the hotel were so easy going about us paying a few days later. The barmaid Barbara manager Dan and lovely Silvina on reception were all wonderful as were staff in Ziggys!. So friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet and relaxing part of Tulum Beach.

We had an exceptional stay at Casa Malca from start to finish. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The location was ideal for us: peacefully removed from the busier party areas, yet still conveniently close to a great selection of restaurants,...

Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them...

Highly recommend!!! Our suite at this stunning hotel was mind blowing! Exactly what I wanted, perfect location on tulum beach, From the moment we arrived, there was ample car parking, great customer services and welcoming drinks. We were shown our suite located on the beach front after a very swift check in, walked through a jungle themed aesthetically pleasing pathway, Bedroom was very clean, included towels / beach towels / toiletries. Swirl Plunge pool was amazing in the heat. Was worth the...

Sana was absolutely fantastic. Great location, staff are incredible. We had a room with a private lounge pool and it was absolutely spotless. Great air con, TV with Netflix (our other 2 Tulum beach hotels didn’t have this), great food and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful and calming. We were also fortunate to see sea turtles nesting. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff make it particularly special.

The team at the Mx'axanab were fantastic and made our stay in mid November 2024 (10 days) very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, is modern in design but with a nod to Mayan culture, and feel like a high end experience. The food and drinks were good quality and reasonable priced when compared to the very high prices on the main restaurant strip. Sunbeds were always available, the beach was immaculate and it was always enjoyable walking on the beach in either direction. The hotel was...

Outstanding service at reception

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Someone had a dream about an idyllic beach experience and then they just made it happen!

Have been coming back for 8 years now and simply love the ambience and the beautiful jungle the villas are nestled within. Throughout the 8 years many things changed - some for the better but also for the worse 1.) prices have increased a lot (which is probably due to the increasing popularity of Tulum and inflation) but at the same time amenities have decreased notably. Usual things you would expect from a hotel in this price range disappeared over the years e.g. slippers, speakers, nespresso...

Hotel was lovely, big spacious rooms. Great attention to detail by the staff. Free parking was handy and nice that breakfast is included. Beach location is perfect. Worth the extra money to go for the rooms with the rooftop bath and beds. The stars at night in Tulum are like nothing I have ever see before.

It was the last place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in Tulum, and as we had already seen and stayed at several lovely hotels, we were a bit hesitant as the hotel doesn’t have a beach. But we were taken away by the lovely people working there, from even before the stay Ana made sure we had everything organised and ready for our stay. The premises are stunning and very well kept. We were also a bit scared, it being a jungle hotel, that there would be loads of insects, but to our surprise...

This jungle chic hotel, with its many quaint seating pods on the rooftops, made our stay very interesting. There were only two negatives to note. The music from the neighbouring hotel was far too loud during both the day and the evening. Unfortunately, the staff at Kanan increased the volume of their speakers to counteract the noise from next door, which only made the situation worse. Additionally, the price of cocktails was similar to central London, which came as a bit of a shock.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had the room with a partial sea view but it was an incredible view and I loved the balcony with the hammocks. The room was clean and bed comfortable, the shower was also great! The breakfast was delicious with good options, the beach was great with comfy sun beds and towels provided. The hotel also hired a bike for me to cycle to the Tulum ruins and recommended some delicious restaurants. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!
