This resort is definitely good for kids. The waterpark and pool areas were great for my 4 year old. One of the restaurants (reservation needed) puts on a wonderful show for all to enjoy. However, overall the food in the resort itself was not at all what I expected. I only got to experience one other à la carte and the waiter was nice enough to get me several things off the menu and only one of the items were actually good. Other than that, the food for kids was not impressive. Luckily my child is fine with fries and pizza but I really was not impressed by the food. I’m a buffet girl and I struggled finding things I’d actually enjoy. The staff, outside of front desk, barely spoke. The staff in reservation restaurants were great. I wish o could’ve seen more activities for the kids. There was a nightly disco event for them, which was nice. The hotel itself seemed outdated and almost falling apart. It seems like they try to do a lot of patchwork. The remote control to the TV was not working and I had to call front desk for new batteries. They eventually came up and replaced the remote control. My TV broke down in the middle of my stay. I will say they sent a technician over in a fairly decent timeframe and they ended up replacing my TV. There were only bedsheets on my bed and I had to request a heavier blanket and they did so pretty quickly so at least there customer service was decent. I don’t think I would be returning to this particular resort. Aesthetically though it’s nice.
