The area was beautiful, staff very friendly people, cleaning the rooms every day, not sure about restaurants i attended only the French I loved the food and serving, the other restaurants were booked in advance. The food in buffet needs improvement, Generally I would go back again I liked the resort.

The resort is nice but is due for a renovation; everything looks very dated, the rooms smell strongly of mustiness, and the A/C barely cools. The service is excellent, and the food is very good—varied and tasty. The entertainment team is spectacular.

The staff was welcoming and we felt like they knew and cared for us even though we were there only a week. When we went into town we saw some of the employees downtown shopping and they recognized us there as well. Everything was clean, orderly, and maintained.

The staff was superb every single person that you meet will go out that way to aid and assist you with whatever you need especially during dining. With that being said, if I had to choose anything that I would say was a negative would be the cost to leave the resort and explore other parts of the Dominican Republic that can be quite pricey. If you are coming here to primarily stay on the resort for the entire trip, you will have a good time. Everything you need will be there from dining entertainment, plenty of food and alcohol.

Staff is excellent. I like that the grounds offer a variety of experiences, whether it one would like to be in a quiet environment in the quiet adult pool or a more festive atmosphere at a pool by the beach. Great place. Love going there often.

This is a beautiful extremely well maintained a run resort...a place one can't wait to come back to. People are delighful and everyone in the staff bends over backwards to kane sure that clients are satisfied and comfortable. First off I just wanna say this is my first time that I’ve ever been out of the country. And after living in the United States, my entire 37 years of life. I can say that this was the most wonderful experience. Almost all of the staff was so helpful and became like family. There are so many things to do on this resort and so many different choices of food. We did try to do an excursion. It was an experience however I probably would not do an excursion again, and I would utilize all the amenities on the property.

The only negative thing I have to say is when we first checked in the room was hot and the fan was very loud and wobbled. We did end up getting a different room because the AC was not working. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! The food was great! The pools were fabulous! We had a blast!!!! Beautiful property!!!
