The staff was great. They were always so nice. The room was beautiful and the food delicious. Adoni from Guest Services really helped us with all the reservations.

Room and amenities were nice and well maintained. Hot showers. The staff were the most friendly people and very accommodating. Food was underwhelming. The bars, while staffed by very friendly people, didn’t have the best selections. Definitely more of a family resort.

The rooms needed deep cleaning, and the hotel itself looked like it could use a refresh. The food was okay and selections were good. The outdoor pools were nice

Everything was everything. Room clean the food was amazing. The gym was perfect way to wake before breakfast and the beach.

We stayed in a Diamond Club room and had an incredible week. Jorge made our stay simple and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and more. The staff was more than pleasant and the Diamond club pool was amazing. We always were able to find a spot with no issue. The lazy river was a favourite and the entertainment was incredible for all ages! We loved our week at Royalton Bavaro!
