We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Punta Cana. The service was exceptional, the beach was beautiful, and the golf facilities were outstanding. The resort is also conveniently located just a few minutes from the airport. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Front desk doesn’t give you information like the restaurant hours and where are they located. We ask for the steak house reservations and when we came to the lobby the guy told us oh they are not open today sorry. Staff is nice they greeted you . We were staying here for 3 days 2 of us in those 3 days we got only 2 toilet papers .The time for check out was at 11 . We went out to have breakfast but went we came back to start get ready to check out our keys were not working and it was 9 am .

Food isn’t worth the price, drinks are also weak. Shuttle from airport was complicated, told us to be at a certain spot but pick up was actually somewhere else. We eventually made it. Property is beautiful and quiet! Very nice pool area.
